Lee comes to the role of Facilities Manager at Halcyon Care Homes following a wealth of experience in the social care sector.
Lee started his journey in social care as a care assistant at a home in Ipswich before utilising his college qualifications in Arboriculture and Horticulture and becoming the homes’ gardener.

Lee has since worked as a Regional Gardener and then Regional Estates team member, supporting homes with maintenance, refurbishment, and commissioning projects. In 2020, following 6 years with his previous company, Lee decided to make the move to Halcyon Care Homes, joining Marham House Care Home as their Maintenance Officer.
In his spare time Lee enjoys working out in the gym, a bit of indoor rock climbing and time with his family. Lee brings dedication, hard work and commitment to his role and is excited to support the Halcyon Care Homes Maintenance Officers in keeping our homes in line with the quality you would come to expect.
