Arvind has been incredibly fortunate to meet amazing inspirational residents with inspiring life stories. Arvind believes each day brings another occasion to learn and his journey in care home has been a great learning opportunity. Arvind’s role as Regional Support Manager is to support and mentor the team to provide consistent quality and to deliver relationship-centred care to all our lovely residents. It’s the little things that count and Arvind prides himself on attention to details.

At the age of 19, Arvind decided to move to Isle of Man to further his education after completing my Hotel Management degree in India. Arvind joined Hilton Leeds City Hotel in 2004 as management trainee and after 3 years decided to move to London having an opportunity to work for many top-class hotel groups in London including Hilton, Marriott, Thistle, AMBA and Courthouse.

Arvind met his wife in 2012, they have been married for the last 7 years and have shared so much together including bringing up their son, who has started his reception term in September 2020. Arvind feels especially privileged to be part of residents’ lives at their time of need. Particularly when he can see residents benefitting from the rich and meaningful programs, running in our care homes. Arvind is proud to work with an outstanding team of people who share the same values, Arvind looks forward to always doing his best to serve others.
