He has a positive outlook and works well under pressure. He enjoys being part of a team with the same goals and vision as well as motivating himself to accomplish any task given. For the past 10 years Andy has been employed within a Care Home setting, progressing over time from a kitchen assistant to the head chef and was proud to be part of a team that was given an outstanding CQC rating in 2017. However, after 10 years of working for an alternative Care Group, Andy was looking for a new challenge. Andrew is an honest person and eager to learn new skills, adapting well to change, and is flexible and able to work through any challenges and put the company first.
Andy’s passion is ensuring residents receive the right nutrition and hydration to live a fulfilled life. Andy loves to cook and feels that food makes people happy no matter what age.
