Who doesn’t love a takeaway? My favourite is Chinese. I love it all, rice, and noodles, sweet and sour, prawn crackers, crispy duck, I could go on. I haven’t indulged in a good takeaway for a while, it didn’t seem worth it for one.
The food here is wonderful, the chef is always happy to deviate from the menu when asked and we get a pudding with every meal, what’s not to like about that?
We often eat out too, we will pop into Faversham and visit a pub or café and pick something tasty from the menu. I will admit that it was the food that I was most concerned about when moving here. I wouldn’t call myself fussy, but I did worry that I wouldn’t have the choice afforded to me at home. I needn’t have worried, just like everything else here the food is first class, and the choice is good.
One thing I certainly didn’t expect to get here was takeaways, so you can imagine how delighted we all were to sit down on Saturday night to a hearty Chinese meal, delivered piping hot from out local Chinese takeaway. We had rice and noodles, prawn crackers, crispy beef, sweet and sour chicken, and spring rolls, we even had fortune cookies too. It was divine and best of all I was able to enjoy it surrounded by friends.
