The weather has turned decidedly mild recently and there is a hint of spring in the air. We have been taking advantage of the dry days and the bright skies and getting out and about.
We are fortunate to have some lovely places of interest locally, we also have a wonderful garden, a place where we can just sit and enjoy the fresh air and the company.
This week we have spent a lot of our time outside, making plans for spring planting, watching the birds and squirrels as they forage for food, enjoying a leisurely stroll and a chat with friends.
February weather is unpredictable, and we are aware that it could turn wintery again overnight but whilst it stays dry, we’ll continue to make the most of our garden and when the time is right, we’ll don our gardening gloves and get weeding.
