Allison Squires Home Manager of Hazel End has organised a weekly happy hour with residents. Which includes a different group of residents each week, meeting with Allison in the bar of the home, for a couple of hours with our speciality cocktails.

This happy hour is designed to give residents the ability to make the most of the fantastic facilities in Hazel End, whilst spending time with the home manager and providing the opportunity for residents to give their feedback to Allison.

This week residents have met with both Allison and Daniel Operations Director of Halcyon Care Homes; residents were taken up to the bar after their lunch and provided with a selection of Happy Hour Cocktails to choose from.

Residents really appreciated the time Allison and Daniel took to spend with the residents and really listening to their likes/dislikes and hopes for the home.
