Many beautiful relationships have formed at Kingfisher, Fay our wonderful resident ambassador takes new residents under her wing and through her kindness has made many new friends. It is wonderful to witness these new friendships forming, and it is a privilege to be able to watch them grow.

Fay has lived here for almost three years and in that time has helped many of our new residents to settle in and navigate life at Kingfisher.

Fay is a true ambassador for the home, helping to organise events, looking after the garden, and supporting her new friends to enjoy all that we have to offer.

Fay has a passion for life and a passion for people, she puts others at ease always knows just what to say. Fay is well loved by residents and team members alike. Kingfisher wouldn’t be the same without her.
