How is it already Easter? It doesn’t feel like more than ten minutes since we took the Christmas tree down.

Easter is such a wonderful time of year. The daffodils are in bloom, the days are getting longer and there is a freshness in the air- a real hint of what the warmer months will bring.

We always look forward to the Easter celebrations from family get togethers, crafts and games, and of course plenty of chocolate are the order of the day.

We made an early start on our Easter decorations, coming together over a cup of tea and a hot cross bun to create seasonal artwork to adorn our home.

We’ve baked, we decorated cookies, and we’ve enjoyed reminiscing about Easter holidays gone by.  We’ve had a wonderful time and all of it made just that little bit better by vast quantities of chocolate.
