We celebrated St George’s Day in our own unique way by hosting a classic car show. This is not the first car show that we have hosted, the last one being such a success that we have made it a regular event.

It was such a perfect day, the weather was beautiful, and everyone was in good spirits, jumping into the cars of yesteryear and posing for photographs.

There were so many wonderful cars that triggered so many wonderful memories. The bubble car was especially popular, for many of the older generation, this was their first dream car.

It was a great afternoon and the discussions carried on long after the last car had pulled out of the car park. It was lovely to hear our residents’ stories of day trips and holidays, rides in the countryside in their pride and joy.

We will be inviting the car owners very back soon.
