All aboard the HMS Layston Grove, next stop Hawaii.
Aloha Hawaii. This week we boarded our virtual cruise ship and set sail for Hawaii, and it did not disappoint. The weather was tropical, the food was delicious, and the music set the scene for what would be a very fun day indeed.
Whilst aboard our cruise liner we discussed Hawaii and learned so much about its history and culture, it was fascinating. The average temperature in July is 30° which is actually cooler than it was in Buntingford on the day.
On arrival we were greeted with cocktails and presented with leis to wear around our necks. We took part in games, indulged in some authentic Hawaiian snacks, and then danced the afternoon away.
Our virtual cruises are so popular, we experience the culture, the food and sometimes we even get to experience the weather.
We learn more about the world and about each other as we share stories of our adventures overseas. We are now safely back in Buntingford, preparing for our next adventure, I wonder where we’ll end up.
